Maps of observed precipitation conditions, individual graphics by basin are produced from MERGE/GPM data generated by INPE/CPTEC, considering the period from de 2000 a 2024. Between October 7 to November 5, 2025, rainfall below climatological norms prevailed over the southern part of the monitored region, characterized by a precipitation deficit over the main course of the Amazon River in Brazilian territory, the hydrographic basins of the Aripuanã, Beni, Branco, Coari, Guaporé, Japurá, Javari, Ji-Paraná, Juruá, Juruena, Jutaí, Madeira, the left bank basins of the Amazon River in the northeast of the state of Amazonas and in the northeast and northwest of the state of Pará, PNegro, Purus, Tefé, Teles Pires, Xingu, and the main course of the Solimões River; above-average rainfall forecast for the Abacaxis and Curuá Una river basins; near- normal rainfall for the main course of the Amazon River in Peruvian territory, the Içá, Iriri, Mamoré, Marañon, Napo, Tapajós, and Ucayali river basins. The multimodel indicates below-climatological rainfall for the coming weeks over almost all of the monitored basins, with the exception of the western region, the main course of the Amazon River in Peruvian territory, and the Içá and Javari river basins; no above- climatological rainfall is forecast for the monitored region.
